Catechist classes will be commencing soon for students attending schools other than St Dominic’s Primary School in Innaloo or Our Lady of Good Counsel School in Karrinyup.
Initially, classes will be held for school-aged students who have enrolled to receive the sacraments of either First Holy Communion OR Confirmation in 2024. Classes will run for four to five weeks
VENUE: Our Lady of Good Counsel School (OLGC) Hall. (**The first meeting will begin at the front of the OLGC Church)
WHEN: Thursday afternoons, commencing 14 March 2024.
TIME: 3.45 PM – 4.45 PM
Please note that enrolments will close on Sunday 10 March, 2024 and requires the following three steps:
- an online registration form is to be completed and a copy of your child’s Baptism Certificate to be emailed to the Parish Office by 10 March, 2024; AND
- compulsory attendance by at least one parent/caregiver of a child receiving a sacrament at a Parent Sacramental Information meeting (children are not required to attend). If you did not attend the session that was held on 21 February, the parish is offering a second and final session at 2.00PM on Thursday, 14 March 2024 in St Dominic’s Church, Innaloo. This session will run for 45 minutes; AND
- compulsory attendance for each sacramental candidate, and at least one parent/caregiver, at one of the Presentation and Enrolment Masses.
